Larry H. Miller Lexus Spokane Announces Grand Opening Celebration

SPOKANE, Wash. (October 14, 2015) – The multimillion-dollar reconstruction of Larry H. Miller Dealerships three downtown Spokane stores will reach a milestone this month with the October 27 grand opening of a state-of-the-art Lexus store in a new location at 1030 W. 3rd Avenue. Larry H. Miller Lexus Spokane announced today its schedule to commemorate the grand opening celebration.

“The Lexus store was designed with the customer and community in mind. The new facility provides the ultimate customer experience with an enhanced customer care lounge and a larger service department,” said Bob McLean, general manager, Larry H. Miller Lexus Spokane.

The sleek Lexus facility was designed to complement the urban context of downtown with red brick, warm stone accents and a two-story glass entry. In addition, the existing historic building (the former International Harvester Company truck showroom) was carefully restored to its original design, reflecting the deep-rooted history of this downtown location, which has been dedicated to car sales and service for nearly a century.

“We are dedicated to being good community partners and are proud to be able to contribute to the Spokane economy,” said Dean Fitzpatrick, president, Larry H. Miller Dealerships. “We value our employees, customers and community and look forward to doing our part to help revitalize this downtown area.”

The grand opening will be held Tuesday, October 27 from 12:30 – 2:30 p.m. and will feature an open house, where customers may tour the facility, enjoy entertainment and hors d’oeuvres.
